Spectacular! Spectacular!: School of Art Class of 2005 Exhibition

April 29–May 15, 2005

spectacular

The development of the spectacular does not occur instantly. The work represented in this compilation reflected an evolving and gradual response to Carnegie Mellon School of Art's innovative curriculum - one that carefully cultivates both concept and technique. Moving through the many stages of creativity, from inspiration to experimentation, practice and process, and production and seduction, these emerging artists have sought and delivered the spectacular, both deliberately and accidentally, sometimes as quiet epiphanies and sometimes as splashy spectacles.

The exhibition included work by:
Josh Atlas
