Where do I leave special instructions?
You may tell us about any special instructions or requests by filling out the comment box in step #2 of the store checkout cart.

What if my purchase is a gift?
We don't offer giftwrapping, however your purchase may be mailed directly to the recipient by putting their Name and Address in the shipping information page, step #2 of the store checkout cart.

How do I send a Miller Gallery Membership as a gift?
Select the membership level you'd like to send as a gift. On step #1 check the box for "This membership is a gift" and "Go To Checkout". In step #2 be sure to include the email address of the person you would like to gift a membership. They will receive an email letting them know that they have recieved a gift Miller Gallery Membership and will use their email address to receive a 15% discount on store purchases.

I am a Miller Gallery Member, how do I get 15% off store purchases?
When you are ready to make a purchase online, select "BUY NOW", view your order on step #1 then "Go To Checkout", on step #2 you must entry your email address connected to your membership. On step #3 your membership discount will be shown in the subtotal.

What do I do if I forget which email address is connected to membership account?

Is my credit card payment processed on a secure web site?
The Online Credit Card Process collects customer credit card information through a secure web application, processes an authorization and settlement request through the Carnegie Mellon approved third party payment processor, and displays a response and printable receipt for the customer.
